Prussia Münster extends with coaching team around Hildmann

"I am very pleased that our common path continues," said sports director Peter Niemeyer in the press release about the extension of the coaching team around chief coach Hildmann. The path began in December 2019 when Hildmann and his assistant coach Luis Cordes took over the office on the SCP side line. The duo could no longer prevent the descent from the 3rd division in the 2019/20 season, but in the following season the Münsterers took third place in the table.

Now the SCP is the current league leader shortly before the climb. "The entire team of coaches does a great job and I am convinced that we can still achieve a lot together," said Niemeyer. Goalkeeper coach Carsten Nulle has been supporting the coaching team since this season. With only 23 goals and 21 games to zero, Münster represents the best defensive in the league.

"It is just exactly what I always wanted. I and us work in this club and with this team a lot of fun," said Hildmann about his extension and quits for the last two games in Wiedenbrück and against the 1. FC Köln II: "Now in the end of the season we will give everything we can reward ourselves and our great fans for this season."

The eagle wearers currently show two points ahead of their sharpest pursuer Rot-Weiss Essen, who still has to go to SV Rödinghausen (away game on the Lotter Kreuz) in the final sprint and against Rot-Weiss Ahlen.
