The old composer of Destiny asks fans to suppress the music he has published by mistake

The former composer of Destiny 2, Marty ODonnell, turned to social networks to ask fans to destroy all copies of music, as well as all sources that make them available for download, which he has published without authorization.

ODonnell was licensed by Bungee in 2014 and was legally condemned to restore all assets related to his work on the franchise destiny during his mandate in the enterprise. These assets include the music of the spheres, which is the pre-musical he has composed with Paul McCartney.

Although it is legally forbidden to share — or even interpret — the music of the franchise destiny and the music of the spheres, it has put online sketches and musical variations on Bandcamp and YouTube. For this reason, it has been found guilty of contempt of the Tribunal and has been sentenced to be paid in Bungee nearly $100,000 in legal fees.

The former composer of Destiny 2 would have been invited to publish a message to his followers that he did not have the legal authority to own or provide hardware related to Destiny or the music of the spheres. The ordered message was to ask Route Person having already downloaded such assets to remove them and refrain from sharing them and will destroy any copy. Although he did what he was told, this message may have fallen into the ear of a deaf.

20 MOMENTS YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE IF NOT FILMED

I have not had, and have not had since at least April 2014, the legal authorization of owning or distributing materials not available in business related to Destiny or Music of the Spheres, including the material that I composed or created by working for Bungee, ODonnell declared. This material is the property of Bungee.

He then asks his subscribers and fans of the franchise destiny to remove any related content if they able one of these assets on a website or another platform accessible to the public. If you have copies of these assets, you must refrain from sharing and destroying any copy of these., he continued. This request does not apply to any material of Destiny or Music of the Sphere that you have obtained legally available sources in the trade.
