Paizo announces the Pathfinder Infinite and Starfinder Infinite publication program

Converters Guide, Turn Excess Materials Into Something Useful - Guild Wars 2 Paizo has announced a new publication program that will allow role play designers to use pionero and starfinder p in their own adventures and published RPG add-ons. Paizo has announced the Pathfinder Infinite and Starfinder Infinite programs, a new publication collaboration with DrivethrurPg that allows third-party content using the characters, creatures and configurations of the pionero and Starfinder Games. «As of October 13, 2021, content creators will be able to sell adventures, fiction, configuration add-ons, rules expansions, maps, art packages and more using the Paper Intellectual Property, the brand strategy director wrote of Paper, Mark Moreland, in a blog post about the advertisement. That means you can, for the first time, write a role-playing supplement in the official configuration of Pathfinder or Starfinder that refers to our locations, organizations, characters, deities and more, and sell it to your fellow players and DJ».

The new publication initiative is similar to the DMS Guild program that Wizards of the Coast uses, which allows younger RPG studies and people publish material using Calaboons and Dragones IP on a website administered by Drivethrurpg. Drivethrurpg and Wizards of the Coast collectively retain 50% of all sales of the DMS Guild material, and the material publishers remain with the other 50% of sales revenues. The PathFinder and Starfinder Infinite programs will operate with an income division similar to 50/50. Other role-playing editors have similar community content publishing initiatives, which allow individuals and small press editors to use their intellectual property in exchange for a share of income.

DMS GUILD has become a popular source of third-party material for Calaboons and dragons since its launch and also acts as a kind of talent incubator for Wizards of the Coast, since Wizards regularly hires creators from DMS Guild as autonomous for their publications.

In particular, the Pathfinder Infinite program supports both pathfinder 1E and Pathfinder 2E material and there are fewer restrictions as to what IP creators can use when publishing material in Pathfinder Infinite or Starfinder Infinite compared to DMS Guild (Wizards of the Coast It only allows material from a handful of campaign configurations, with configurations such as Dragonlance, Spelljammer and Greyhawk out of the limits).
