NBA News: Jeremy Lamb apparently to have on the trade market
The Indiana Pacers have apparently made Jeremy Lamb available on the trade market. The 29-year-old had last time with injuries to fight and seems to have no future in the team. This calls, among other things, the Los Angeles Lakers on the plan.
As J. Michaels reported by INDIANAPOLIS STAR, the Pacers have already tried to get rid of LAMB and its expiring contract for $ 10.5 million in this offseason. So far without success, the wing player will probably start the season in Indiana, it says in the report.
However, Michael assumes that in the course of the season a trade of 29-year-old follow and this will not end the playing time in the Pacers jersey. Four teams had already expressed their interest, including the Los Angeles Lakers and the Charlotte Hornets.
Lamb moved from the Hornets to the Pacers in the summer of 2019, but in his first season in Indiana, however, moved into a cruciate ligament. Due to the injury, he also missed the start of the season 2020/21, persistent knee problems, forced him later to another break. Thus, LAMB graduated in the past season only 36 games, in which he spent 10.1 points and 3.6 rebounds at 43.5 percent from the field and 40.6 percent from the distance.

After the Pacers Caris Levert secured by Trade and Chris Duarte in the draft, Lambs seems to shrink in a team. Maybe he must prove in the first weeks of the season but only what he has in the tank to convince rival teams to put a good offer for him on the table.
