Why did the players were so scared of Akshan? When the new Champion Akshan were presented in Lol, the players found him ridiculous. That was about 4 weeks ago, on July 7, 2021.

This was mainly due to a "passive revival" mechanism in his "W - Going Rogue". When Akshan kills an opponent who previously killed a teammate, then he can revive the fallen comrades. This mechanism works even if Akshan is actually dead.

Already in a first patch on July 23, a day after Akshans release, his life points were adapted to his basic damage and his Q-Cooldown. But apparently this help was not enough.

How bad is the Champ? According to the numbers of Champion.gg, Akshan is located in the platinum area at 39.2% victory rate.

The win-advice on new heroes is often low, because all want to play the new champ, also people who have zero plan from him. But 39.2% is probably too low.
